General Sites Association for Advancement of Behavior Therapy (AABT) - the homepage for the AABT, a professional, interdisciplinary organization which is concerned with the application of behavioral and cognitive sciences to understanding human behavior, developing interventions to enhance the human condition, and promoting the appropriate utilization of these interventions. Parenting Sites AABT Parenting Special Interest Group (SIG) - This SIG focuses on the etiology, course, effects, and treatment of dysfunctional parenting. Disaster-related Sites American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (AACAP) - a page on the AACAP site that deals with helping children and parents react to severe trauma. Available in both English and Spanish. AABT Disaster Information - an area on the AABT site that has links to information concerning trauma and disasters, specifically the 9-11 attack on the World Trade Towers. National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) - a page on the NASP site that has many links to useful information concerning traumatic experiences and children. Trauma Recovery Sites - a list of sites containing information about children's recovery after disasters or trauma maintained by the University of Kentucky's College of Education.
