Ed Burkley, Ph.D.
Associate Professor of Psychology
Dr. Burkley received his Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2006. He is currently an Associate Professor in Psychology at Oklahoma State University, where he supervises one doctoral student. Dr. Burkley’s research interests include self and identity, motivation, goals, self-regulation, and self-control.

Thomas Hatvany received a B.A. in psychology from Green Mountain College in 2013 as well as a B.S. in Youth Development and Camp Management. He began working towards a Ph.D. at Oklahoma State University in 2013 under the supervision of Dr. Ed Burkley. Tom’s research interests include self-regulation, motivation, and the self.
